Sales Promotion agency seeks Promotion Marketing Coordinator. Successful candidate will be detail oriented, PC proficient including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, energetic, and have a positive can do attitude. A college degree and agency experience are definite pluses.
The function of the promotion marketing coordinator is to assist and support new business and account management with the implementation and logistics of promotional programs. Ability to interface with clients is key. This will be balanced with internal administrative duties such as invoicing, processing vendor invoices, correspondence with consumers and clients, reporting and assisting with proposals and presentations. Manage day-to-day relationship with third party partners under supervision of account executive(s) and other leadership.
